I went into Home Depot last night around 8:30 and I was pleasantly surprised with how great the customer service was. My bf and I were looking at carpet and a man named Jeremy helped us. Jeremy was great! He was so friendly and informative. We can tell he had a lot of knowledge about a lot of things! His willingness to help us and answer our many questions blew us away. He walked us over to the counter top department when we finished and that's when we met Debbie and Jessica. Again, these ladies were so kind and willing to help us! What I noticed about this store was that not a single worker just pointed us to a general location when we were looking for something. They all walked us to the location and made sure we were set. As a first time home buyer and having a million questions, Jeremy, Debbie and Jessica were wonderful people to meet and they are a great asset to Home Depot.

Made an online purchase so I can go pickup. So, I went to the store and they said the item was a price mistake and that there are none in the state. They claim to have left email cancellation. I did NOT receive it. Why would you send me an email to say it's ready for pickup when you don't have it? Wasted my time. Will not order from this Home Depot again. I checked into my home depot account and it says that the item was returned. That's how the cancel it?!?!? I still have a pending payment for that item on my credit card. Nice to know that they will charge my credit card for an item that they don't have....

We went to look at blinds. Boy was that a bust! Not a lot of samples. Samples in bad shape. Sales person not very helpful. Disappointing. Will buy online.

I've been to this location a few times, and my experience has been good. Today, however, it was just fantastic. The staff was particularly helpful, and the store was actually supplying bottles of water for customers on this exceedingly hot day. I think that's just fantastic. Kudos, Home Depot. :)

This Home Depot is better due to the fact that, it has a tool rental area. I had to pass a Home Depot to get to this one because it did not rent tools. To my surprise the kid behind the counter renting the tools was fairly knowledgeable.
