I literally walked in for the most basic question. Do you have any rental properties available? I was given a very confused look by the receptionist who ran to the back, he brought out the most impolite old man. This elderly man says "i don't know, we don't do that" then rushed out the door and then there was just silence. Unprofessional, rude, and I do not recommend.

There is nothing better than being happy in your work environment.  

Ron Hammill, broker for Fireside Homes Real Estate, LLC, is the best broker to hang your license under.  He cares about all his agents, creates a fun environment, is always available to answer questions and has a fabulous split plan.  

I very much appreciate that the Fireside Homes enviroment feels like a support network instead of a competitive pool of sharks.  It has the feel of a family business yet is one of the larger, more successful independent Real Estate offices in the Pacific Northwest.
