Stay FAR AWAY from this brokerage if you are an agent! I would like to say you get what you pay for but even the discounted brokerage fees are not with dealing with the A-hole owner.  He has no respect for his agents, especially women. I’ve been a broker for 20 years and have NEVER been treated so poorly. If I call him he is unwarrantedly rude. If my husband, also a broker, calls him he deals with him appropriately. I would have posted this on the Reatly One Eastside page but google can’t find it. If you want your commission check be prepared to wait several days. He does believe in wiring from escrow. His attitude and business practices are archaic. It’s truely time for him to retire. Oh and FYI, he owns Pro Escrow as well.  We went through three receptionists during the short time we were there. Not surprising!  Ok I’m done :-)
