Been here for over an hour and just got the oil changed and tires rotated...then I had to wait another 20 on an alignment that I didn't need after all, ridiculous!

I have been a customer of firestone for many many years and they have not been without problems, I have 3 cars that I have serviced there and it's been one thing after another where I have to take my cars back for services that was supposed to have been done, I feel like they charge way to much ,especially since they order they parts from the same auto store we buy from , so there go your genuine parts, I will not be dealing with Firestone again, I will try my luck at Sears, because really that's what you're doing anyway, trying your luck!!! but I have been dissatisfied, disappointed, saddened  to much to keep dealing with them , I feel like they hire anyone that can change a tire or oil and that's what you get when you have grade D machanic.
