The repairman was very thorough and arrived within the time frame given.  I also appreciate the many reminders of the day and time and when he was on his way.  Very helpful for busy lives!

Repairman was skilled and cordial. He  arrived, assessed and finished the job.  Doesn't seem like much reading it , but try to get this experience on a regular basis these days and I'm sorry to say utter and thorough disgust will be yours to behold.

Horrible experience!! I initially had an appointment for July 25th for someone to come look at my ice maker between the hours of 1-5. I received an automated call at about 4:00 on that day asking to reschedule my appointment. No one ever showed up, and I never had any explanation as to why I had to reschedule. The next available appointment was today (8/11/17) between 10-2. So after waiting over 2 weeks, I stayed home from work to wait on the repairman. Imagine my frustration when he never showed up! At about 2:30 I called the 1-800 number I had received in an appointment confirmation email only to find out that my appointment had been moved to 4:15-6:15!! No one called or emailed me to tell me about this change. I had waited around all day for nothing! I had errands to run and things to do, and I simply can't sit around for another 4 hours just to see if anyone might decide to show up! I finally got to speak to a person who informed me that the next available service appointment day is the 28th! No thank you, Sears. Never again. Oddly enough, after I got off the phone and successfully cancelled my appointment for later today, I got a confirmation text alerting me to the change. If only they had tried that hours earlier.
I am appalled at how incredibly inconsiderate they are. Such a frustrating experience. I recommend them to no one!

my washer is still leaking water after 2 repair visits it is still broken with the same exact problem..  Your technicians don't seem to be able to repair yet you force me to have another tech visit before honoring the warranty and replacing this bad unit
