Please, believe the bad reviews go somewhere else. I called to ask if they will program a tire sensor. On the phone the guy said, "yes it will be 25 dollars". I went in and set an appointment. That new kid "Jose" is a small dude but a big piece of junk. Being a skunk about it, he told me that  it will be 20 dollars,then he asked his manager on duty on 12/16/17 and he also said 20. Well, he scheduled my appointment. When I showed up on  Sunday morning from BOSTON, THE Manager on duty 12/17/2017 said "why you are scheduled this early"? (As if I was not supposed to be there) then he said:  Anyways, what you need? I just laughed lightly because man the way he asked me, I said: I need  a tire sensor to be programmed. He said, programmed or installed? I said:  programmed. He said, well it will be close to 100 dollars. I was like, but I was told 25, then 20 now close to 100? . He said oh, no. "That kid is f.up". I was like, I'm going somewhere else. These guys are just in need of a corporate visit or undercover from higher rank to witness the @#$^%&* they are.

I brought my car in on Friday to have my wheels aligned & rotated, oiled changed, and wind shield wipers replaced. After having the tires rotated, my TPMS sensors needed to be reset. After waiting 3 hours for my car, I asked the attendant 4 times if my TPMS was reset. I did this because the previous 2 times at the same location, they had told me that they were reset when in fact, they weren’t. 
I was told 4 times that they were reset but guess what? THEY WEREN’T. Now I had to go back in on Saturday and had to wait for another hour to get them reset. They will charge you for everything under the sun so how much does firestone think my time is worth? It’s Saturday and I have things to do. They could have at least refunded me the $20 TPMS reset charge at minimum because of the inconvenience their lying has placed on me and my plans. Just another waste of my time. One time is a mistake. 2 times is a problem. 3 times is a pattern. This was the 3rd time this happened so there is clearly a management issue at this location. Instead of spending a few minutes minutes trying to talk me into opening up a Firestone card; spend that time being truthful and listening to the customer.

Always get your car on the lift that day. Been here many times in urgent need and been out within 2 hours. The manager Jay is great and always has a pleasant attitude.
