I'm always very happy to bring my car to this Firestone location.  We come here regularly for oil changes, and everyone we deal with is very helpful, personable and accommodating.  We've had some small repairs done here as well and I have had very good experiences so far with the work that has been done.  It's nice to have trustworthy, fair priced auto care so close to home and I'll continue to do business with them in the future.

Side note, I have always dropped my car off to get work done here...if you are taking your car in and need to wait, they are frequently very busy so you might have to wait a while just a heads up.

DO NOT COME HERE. I called & asked if there was a wait - worker told me 1hr . So I run a few errands to pass time. I get there just to wait 2 more hours. 3 F**king  hours for an oil change!!! On top of this the man was trying to get me to spend an additional $340 for tires and new windshield wipers when mine are perfectly fine. I will never EVER come back.

MUST READ REVIEW : This is the worst service center in the world. They told my wiper has to be changed otherwise it would damage the windshield I said OK to it.They charged me for changing the wiper and few other internal car parts. I get to know at the later stage that wiper was not changed from a different service engineer. When I called them back they agreed to change the wiper. However they have charged for the stuff which they didn't changed. The funniest part is labor charge also applied for it. They might speak well but not good in work. They said they replaced my break pad also. Now I am planning to take it to a different service engineer to check whether it was recently changed. Everyone doesn't know everything about the car we blindly go with their words but when they lost the trust they are not going to get back their customers.

worst service experience with this location. They give me appointment at 4 PM and they gave 2 hours estimation time to complete my car work. I am sitting in waiting room around 6 PM I asked one Representative how much more time it will take and he said "We didn't started your car work yet". To much attitude.
