Firestone Enid left me overall satisfied with my service. They kept me informed and compared to any other chain automotive repair/service store they had the best price. Despite spending over $1,000 on a vehicle I still walked out with a smile on my face because the service was good and the quality seems legitimate. The only reason they missed out on a star was because in the rush to finish my vehicle they left the engine splash cover off by mistake and didn't add enough coolant to get it up to the "normal" level. Still, neither of those two things affected my vehicle mechanically and mistakes do happen. I'd gladly take my vehicle back if I have any more issues.

No parking and no service. Don't waste your time. I've spent 600 plus here for brakes and fluid change. They are overpriced. Desperate for a rim to fit my truck and running out of options stopped to see if they had a rim. No where to park. Pullled up to run in real quick and ask and was told to park I told the mechanic there wasn't anywhere to park. Nothing. No what are you needing. No explanation of additional places to park... so, I backed out and will never return. Too many other options to deal with no service at all. Guzmans down the road is awesome, but they were closed for holidays. Tire shop also great. Big O's also does good work and is reasonably priced. I would suggest this place as a resort and then you will probably be out of luck.

Not a friendly staff nor helpful. The single handicap spot the lot has was used by noon handicaped. And instead of moving an elderly disabled woman car for her they told her to park behind the building and walk around. When the manager was informed he said it basically wasn't his problem. And I could almost bet if it were kids sitting in the lot at close he would at least tell them to move if not call the police for loitering after hours. But since this town is so political if you know some one you can do anything with nothing happening except a smart mouth friend covering you even if it is against the city laws.

I have taken both personal and company vehicles here for oil and tires fast and friendly no bs.
