Staff was very friendly, did a 30 minute oil change, in and out no problems, they have a lot of cool stuff to look at but way expensive, the staff was courteous and helpful. Would use them again. Employees are much more knowledgeable than AutoZone or Advance. Higher quality inventory as well.

I made a 9am appointment online for brake service and an oil change. I got there at 9am and was asked if I was dropping my car off and I said no because I had another appointment at 11:30am. He told me that his technician was not there yet and he didn't know when he was coming in. I told him the whole reason I booked this appointment at 9am was because I did not plan on dropping my car off. I told him I would wait for 10 minutes and then I was leaving. No one every showed up to fix my car so I left. He didn't apologize or tell me I could bring it back later. He didn't seem like he even cared. What's the point of making an appointment if no one is there to fix your car? I've been going to this location for 10 years but I am never going back. I found another place that was happy to fix my car without an appointment.

My experience with this store has been exceptional. My plans are to use them every time for any issues I may have with my vehicle.

I called on 12/29 at 12:30ish. A man by the name JC answered the phone. I made a 2 o clock appoinment for a simple oil change. When I arrive at 1:45 I told JC I had an appointment fat 2 for an oil change. JC looked at me like I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about. He then told me I'd have to leave my truck with him and it would be done at 8. I agreed and said there's no way we could get it done sooner he said well maybe around 6.. You should make sure to save the appointment you agree to. And don't be rude to a polite customer because you messed up.
