Fantastic prices on great tires. You can go somewhere else and get cheaper tires, but I have already tried that and quickly discovered that you definitely get what you pay for. The manager, Arie, helped us when we went in for our free lifetime alignment (pay an extra fee once with your regular alignment, then you’re set for a free alignment every time you need to have your alignment done after that!). Not only was Arie extremely professional, informative and helpful, but he made the whole experience fun and positive during a long wait on a busy day, taking the time to explain every detail I requested. Arie helped us deal with an issue we had with our paperwork and ended up saving us more money with the roadside hazard protection on our new tires. Although they were extremely busy, they were quick and efficient, doing everything the right way, no cutting corners or charging extra for the little things (as I have experienced first hand at other shops). We are now loyal and repeat customers!

Could care less what a customer thinks or what the overall experience is at the shop. The secretaries behind the desk there, because let’s face it, dudes are just answering phones and taking notes to give to mechanics, treat people poorly (customers that actually work hard for a living) to make themselves feel more important. I guess working behind counter at Firestone doesn’t require much common sense, people skills, brains or tact. Do yourself a favor and steer clear, unless you don’t mind overpaying, poor attitudes and workmanship.

Poor customer service, will actually talk about how they get over on customers while you are waiting for vehicle, try charging 5 times what a part costs if you went to advanced auto, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

I take my RAV4 into my dealership for regular maintenance because I have a lifetime maintenance warranty, but today I went to firestone because I had a nail in my tire and it wouldn't hold air. The salesperson told me they couldn't patch it because it was worn and compromised. He'd have to sell me another. I left and immediately went to another local tire company and it was patched and I was out of there in 30 min. My tires are new with only 25k miles and absolutely no compromise. The only compromise today was lack of service and an attempt to take advantage of someone who new the truth of the situation. This was poor service at the max.

I went for a flat tire repair and the guy there told me they need 2 hours to get it done.
