I love this place. Great customer service and very knowledgeable reps with a smile. It gets busy at times and the wait can be long but the job is Well done. I haven't had an issue nor complaint yet.

Horrible, u hear me horrible, first they give me a quote over the phone sounded great, get there 100$ over there quoted price then all of sudden they say the tires they quoted was the wrong size ( there mistake ) so I had to get other brand tires,THEN they had to break a lugnut off to get my tire off which I had to pay for after they broke it. WTF kind of business is this.

A SHOUT OUT to Judah and the entire team at Firestone Complete Auto Care (Valdosta, Ga.) for taking such good care of my college freshman son and his car last week! His 1-year old radiator, that was still under warranty through our local auto body shop, sprung a major leak last Tuesday when he was supposed to come back to Southern Alabama (luckily his gf was there and drove him home saving me the 7-hour round trip drive). I communicated with Judah via phone several times and he was super at keeping this mom-of-one calm and informed while managing to work out what the problem was. Your staff worked with our local auto body shop here to come up with and execute a plan to replace the radiator at no cost to us and got it running again. Then you kindly kept his car safely stored for him until he made it back yesterday from his holiday visit. #CustomerServiceAtItsBest #FirestoneValdosta #ThankYou
