Made an Online appointment for 7:30am (they open at 7am) on Monday for an Oil Change (marked that I would be staying with my car). Got a call later that day saying that if I was staying with my car they couldnt work on it till 10am because they would be working on the prior appointment.  I appreciated the information and asked when I could make an appointment to come in and have my car worked on right away. I was told 7am on Tuesday. So I took the 7am on Tuesday. I showed up today (Tuesday) a few minutes before 7am and was told they couldnt work on my car till 10am! Needless to say, I will not be giving this Firestone location a 3rd try.

i had service at 01/16/2018 for tire rotation my appt time was at 2.30pm
but 3.15 pm my car was in a parking lot in front of repair shop.
3.20 my service was done.After my reasonable question how to possible rotate all four tires for less them 5 min service advisor Alex start screaming on me .He was so aggressive and rude. It was most worse service i ever had and i not recommended to anyone have business with this company.This is danger and so stressful.

I have not had a single good experience here. They over price and take way to long! Once took over 3 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment. 
Went today to get a headlight replaced and they said it was going to be 140$! They lied to me and said it would take 45 mins And that they had to open up a complicated compartment in the car and that's why labor was so pricey.... I went to buy the bulb for 40$ and my husband replaced it in 2 mins. 
Ridiculous..never going back

Pathetic experience here every time. 
Check all around your car and under the hood before you leave. Things will be missing or out of place. Customer service is a appalling and unresponsive. Don't trust this store! Find a local mechanic for your automotive needs. This place tries to up charge you for things they don't understand. Long waits with no work done.

Needed brakes checked, they did it for free and did the job on site in 1 hour, improvrd service!!
