This experience is a real shame: I came before for an oil filter change and all was good, that's why I came back when I needed tires. 

First off the in-store price is not the same as the website: I was quoted $480.56 on the website, but ended up paying $607 (see screenshot of website price). The customer service guy seemed to think I was just in error, and I foolishly stuck with a place I believed to be professional, reasoning that perhaps I was wrong originally.

He told me to wait for 2 hours (2pm, from a 12pm appointment) for changing 4 tires, and a multipoint inspection. 

After 2hrs 30mins I asked at the desk, and was told it would be another full hour before they would be done. No apology or explanation offered, and if I hadn't gone up to ask, I would not have been informed of this delay at all. On final completion at 3hrs 40 mins, again the rep made zero attempt to apologize or explain, until I asked why it had taken so long. At that point he solemnly refunded me the $21 for the multipoint inspection, and said that they were busy, and he hadn't accounted for the mechanic's lunch break. Was this break really almost two hours long?? Deeply unimpressive :(

$28 for a tire plugged! Highway robbery! Speed Auto did it for $15. Go there instead.

Brakes were completely toast and drove in from a different city, was praying they would take care of me because I was worrying I wouldn't even make it home. They ended up taking care of me even though they were busy and helped me get back on the road safely. Thanks guys I'll be back! :)

Very helpful and courteous! They made time for me on a busy Sunday when my truck was breaking down. If only I could find a shop like theirs around where I live, in Santa Barbara!
