Skip's Tire and Auto Repair Centers is a local, family owned one-stop-shop for all of your tire, wheel and complete auto repair for both foreign and domestic vehicles. Talked to Ben about replacing my tires. Was totally willing to work with me and match any price that I could find on Amazon or elsewhere. He was honest and chill. Good stuff.

This place is not one I recommend! I recently  took my vehicle in October 2017. For major repairs.
Upon completion and a new set of tires, a pre-existing noise continued.they claimed it was fixed.
I took it back 2 weeks later and I was told by their assistant at the front desk I needed rotors ,and a front right bearing+ brakes.
I never took it back, I had another mechanic inspect it, and he found that the Suspension bolts(hardware) were loose. That created the squeaky sounds and prevented me from making any left U turns.
I have given this place, my bussiness since 2008 and I have paid too much for major repair work.
The biggest dissapointment in all this was they said my vehicle was safe!
Be very careful if you do repairs with this bussiness.
I can't rate it for anything..they take your 💰 and they definitely do take advantage of Seniors.
My mom (85)was going there and all they did was the very same thing.

Skips tire service

So I call in to Skip's Tires service they say yeah come on and we can get your alignment done right away. So I go in not even greeted with a smile just can I help you he proceeds to write up the estimate and just tells me to sign here without explaining even what the charges are for what he tells me it's going to be roughly $200 but it's probably not that much okay then he says your car will be ready at 4 p.m. When he said I could do it right now. So about 45 minutes go by comes into the waiting room and says you go off-roading what your vehicle what a question to ask it's a PT Cruiser lowered I said no how could I so he takes me back here to show me the tire I look in the tire it's green it's slime. I will have to charge you a few bucks for it but it's not a problem it's okay. I get the bill 200 plus dollars don't even explain what they did on the vehicle I asked a question as to why you can't honor my Goodyear warranty blew me off on that one maybe it was because the way I looked all grubby. I told him listen I work at a dealership at myself it doesn't cost that much to do this they charged me $35 to wipe out the tire doesn't explain to me if it was a 4 wheel alignment 2 wheel alignment and on top of it they were rude I would never ever go back to this place again I work at a dealership if our service writers talk to customers the way they did and handling like that they would all get fired. Typical fast hustle job to try to upsell and when you have a question be firm and rude about it so I left wasn't even going to stop to argue if this is the kind of business and owner does at this place I would not go back there nobody should go back there because you're just going to get taken advantage of. I could afford to pay but don't hussel me. I know what took place that I know how it works so maybe if the owner reads this fine if not God bless him but at this rate you will be out of business with the type of people. And I heard people being talked to the same way rude and some walked out and some didn't

Scuffed up my rim really bad when changing a tire. I'm disgusted and angry.

EDIT: I called the shop as a response the owner message below, and his attitude was "What do you want me to do about it?". He was rude, and nothing ever happened to resolve it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You've been warned.
