Eric provided great customer service. I dropped my car off and they called promptly when finished and let me pick it up later that afternoon when my schedule allowed. The last place I used was very unsatisfactory and am glad to have found a new place to go! I recommended them to my family as well who was looking for an alternate location here in Casper,

Excellent customer service, outstanding and detailed work by the tech's, great pricing for services, excellent follow up, they don't try to talk you into replacing unnecessary parts, very straight forward on what they do to your vehicle along with being knowledgeable on the mechanics and they are willing to show and walk you through the parts they replaced and why. Highly recommend them for any services needed for your vehicle.

I took my truck in for an alignment and oil change. The guys at Firestone identified problems with my vehicle that I was not aware of. 
These issues would've prevented me from driving safely, and I needed to get to Denver to make a flight the next day. These guys stayed late to fix my truck. 
Can't overstate how awesome this Firestone location and it's employees are!
