Both of the ladies I interacted with (on the phone and at the front desk) were super friendly!  My car wouldn't start, even after a jump. I had it towed there (because they were recommended by AAA and a friend) I let them know that I had recently bought a new battery and where I had purchased it from - when the issue ended up being a bad battery, they handled the warranty and got it replaced and installed - all I had to pay for was labor. Easy peasy (thank god!). Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Driving from Illinois to California. Car broke down and ALL other mechanics in Casper were busy and could only take us "next week" (including the dealership). Thomas Crawford Auto took us in immediately and got straight to work. Didn't even take 30 minutes to complete and test drive. Super duper friendly and accommodating. Five stars from me!!! Thank you Thomas Crawford Auto!!!

On my way down Casper Mountain, my car's front wheel started making a terrible sound.  I pulled off at the overlook and called AAA.  They sent a tow truck and a friend in town recommended that I have the car towed to Thomas Crawford Auto.  I called ahead to make sure that they could look at the car that day (a busy Friday afternoon).  Everyone at Thomas Crawford was very helpful and friendly.  They were busy and you could tell the other customers trusted their cars to Thomas Crawford.  They took apart the area of my car that was making the terrible sound and found the problem (small rock causing a big noise).  

Thank you for treating me like one of your regulars.  I highly recommend Thomas Crawford Auto.

We were visitors passing thru with no cruise control, the wonderful mechanics looked at our vehicle and fixed it free of charge within 2 minutes. Very friendly and helpful! Would definitely go there again.

This is the best garage in town. Not only are the people incredibly personable and nice as can be, the work done on my jeep was done ahead of schedule and beyond expectations!!!
