I initially called to get a quote for my truck and 20 minutes later I was there getting my new tires installed. Spoke with Chuck very helpful as was the entire staff very friendly and efficient. I had all four tires mounted and installed in under and hour and they even changed out my spare which was the original 15 year old tire. All In all I was very impressed, this location has greatly improved my opinion of Firestone. One bad experience several years ago at an entirely different location has kept me away. I am glad I found Venice firestone. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

These guys are always nice. They've done work on my car without charging bc theycoukdnt find the problem. Always honest. I drive 30+ min to see them instead of 2 min away to the closer shops

Had a dealer mess up my vehicle. Went to Firestone and they took care of it. Fixed it and made it ride perfect again. I can't give this establishment more praise. Great service, fast, and very helpful! Would recommend to everyone!

I was about to leave on a road trip and found a nail in my tire.  Unfortunately it was on a Sunday so every tire place was packed but when I explained the situation to Justin at the front he was able fit me in between cars and could not have been nicer about it.  Very professional, the waiting area is small but very clean and the most important thing is that they were quick and did a good job without gouging me on price even though I was in a pinch.  I just needed a patch but next time I need any other repair and I'm close by, this will be my first call.

just want to say thank you to John the mechanic who fixed my volvo 940 today I was so relieved that he easily replaced my rack and pinion and water pump was extremely helpful and spent time going over my car with me and helped my BP go from 1000 to normal again.. as a women it is so hard to know who you can trust to work on your car, John was so awesome he put the rack on in less then an hour and told me if I have any problems to call him right away, what peace of mind this gives me as i cant afford a new car and my car is a great running car I just need a few things and she should be good for another 100,000 miles. chuck was so very patient with me,  gave me an awesome deal with lifetime warranty and communicated about everything happening thru out my time there.. he works very hard with all the customers there to make sure they are happy.. so far so good my first day driving it and it is not vibrating now when I put on the breaks at least I know if there is a problem I am taking it right to John and Chuck..
