Can I rate less than 1 star? I took my truck to get an alignment. I was told it would take an hour. They put the truck up on the lift right away, and I began to wait. After an hour they kept telling me it would take 20 more minutes.  I ended up waiting until close, 3 hours and 20 minutes for them to finish. When I got my car back the wheels seemed aligned yet my steering wheel was jacked 10 degrees to the left, unaligned with the wheels. By far this is the worst shop I've been too. Please don't waste your time and money!!!

Took my 03 Dakota in as I heard a bearing noise that was goung bad.Left it there within 45 minutes Charlie called and told me what was found as well as the price to fix, parts and labor. Later in the day received call that it was fixed. Went earlier to pick up the next morning and was very happy to have my truck running again as quietly as before. Excellent customer service and workmanship. Thanks to the Pit Stop crew. Honest work at competitive price. I found my repair shop for all my vehicles.

Looks more guy-friendly but has a much nicer interior. Outside looks like Daytona. Great place for an oil change and more.

My car is getting up there in mileage, so we've been talking to Charlie at Pit Stop a little more than we would like to. Charlie has been great. Work is done right and on time. They don't use cheap knock off parts that you will have to replace in 6 months. Thank you guys for everything.
