Jose and the entire staff are professional and courteous. It's hard to find a mechanic you trust, but this location has earned my business. I have 3 cars, with one being a project vehicle (Jeep) and this is my go to place. With the 2 cars, they explain any issues, what it means, how critical it really is, and whether it is something that I could attempt myself. The prices are in-line with the market and and if I have an question, concern, or issue, we are able to have an adult conversation and work it out. With the Jeep, they are quick to share knowledge and experience and to provide tips when I try to fix it myself. I know that they are always there in case I mess up.

Jose the store manager is really cool person .. I been coming to this store for about 3 years all the time great costumer service. i had only one issue but they took care of it super fast. some time they take little longer for fix the car but is because they get so many walk in people that don't take time to make a appointment and slow down the shop.

I'm sure some of there work is ok, but customer service is not the best. Communication and clarification of services is disappointing.
