These guys are horrible cheats that steal money from military members and veterans. If possible I would give a negative 5. Never use them for anything. Made an appoint a week in advance to have fluids changed and breaks checked. Was told it would only take an hour. Ended up waiting for 6 hours work that needed to be done was not accomplished. To make matters worse they told me sorry but tuff luck we got to busy. So over all do not use these losers they are not worth it. They just steal from hard work military members.

My check engine light came on and I got a diagnostic check at the dealership yesterday. A problem with the coolant system and thermostat was identified and a price was quoted for the repair. The dealership price was naturally expensive so I called this firestone to get a quote and recited verbatim the findings report. The guy who answered said they can do that and quoted me a price $150 less than the dealership and would take about 2-3 hours to accomplish, so I made an appointment for the next morning. 

Today, I walked up with the findings report from the dealership in hand and tell the guy why what needed to be done. I handed him the report and, after reading it himself, stated that they can't even do it. After telling him that the guy I talked to yesterday said they could and even quoted a price and timeline, he looked confused and asked me to hold on while he went in the back. He returned and said that they in fact could do the repair however, it would require another full diagnostic scan costing about another $90, take a full day to accomplish, and the diagnostics guy wouldn't even be in until tomorrow. He went on stating that they can't go off of someone else's diagnostic check even though the guy I talked to yesterday said it would be fine since the problem had been identified.

I can't recommend this place to anyone. Since they can't even get their people straight on their policies and procedures, how can you trust them with your vehicle.

Counter service fast, but waiting time for your car is too long. Had to wait 4 hours for a puncture tire fix.  didn't have to pay for the fix, that was good.

brought my Kia here for service..still here .. let's see how it goes.. the bathrooms here are       1 for men and 1 for women... nice waitin are with free wifi...

Don't ever go to this place. They are complete crooks. I took my car there for a tire rotation and asked them to look at a steering issue. They told me that I needed the front brake pads and rotors replaced. I was about to start grinding metal and the rotors couldn't be machined, they said. Funny, since I had replaced both components myself not six months before. So they'd either repeated the last recommendation they had in the system for my vehicle without even looking at the brakes, or they had knowingly made a fraudulent recommendation. Either way, I will never take my vehicle there again.
