Prices are increasing...it seems like I'm walking through the mall and I may even get better deals in the mall...but I like visiting and there are some things that are on clearance that are a great deal for kids. However I like all the high end stuff all under one roof(jewelry/watches, womens handbags, TV's, entertainment products, selection of computers) makes shopping for the wife easy! Plus I like seeing old friends who work on Nellis while I have a bite to eat. Food selection is great and so are the vendors.

This BX/PX seems to stay stocked with most things. I have no problem finding name brand items at a little bit cheaper price than off base plus there's no tax when there's no sale going on off base for the item and I really need it. This is what makes the drive out here worth it. However, if it's larger items (appliances and electronic devices), I still do better off base. I shop the sales and deals. Despite having to pay taxes on the bigger items, I still save $100s plus off base. The Base Exchange is not what it used to be when I enlisted back in 1975 and it was losing it's appeal for me by the time I retired 20 years later. I know the exchange is useful overseas; but, I'm not sure it's much use to me CONUS. I've lived here 3 years and I've been to the exchange twice; mostly just to look around.

The store is nice although a tad on the expensive side. Take advantage of the clearance racks if you can.

Needs more A/C store is very warm.

Good selection. Usually not too crowded. Quiet. Gotta have a military or DOD identification card to get on base and go here.

Excellent facility that's just recently been renovated. It's new layout is a lot cleaner looking and flowing. Standard clothing options and outstanding furniture and gun selections.
