I would give this company a zero if it were possible. This is the first time that I have taken the time to leave a review on any company. That said, the only reason that I feel to leave a review now is due to dishonesty. I needed an alignment for my Ram 2500 long bed, due to the larger size of the truck, I called ahead to ensure that this facility had the equipment to do the services. I was assured that the facility had the ability to complete the required service. I dropped the truck off that morning and was told that I could expect it to be ready at approximately 4:00 pm but due to the number of vehicles in from of mine it could be closer to closing at 7:00 pm. At 4:00 pm I called to check the status of my vehicle and was told that it would not be ready until the following business day. Although I just a little aggravated, I understood and left the truck overnight. The following morning at 10:00 am I called again to check on the status of my truck. I was then told that the services would not be able to be done due to the size of my vehicle. Again, irritated at the situation, I asked if the tire rotation had been done. The service manager informed me that the tire rotation was completed free of charge. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I checked to ensure that the tires were rotated; they had not been. I asked the service manager again if the tire rotation had been done. He again ensured me that the tires were rotated. I then informed him that I had marks on my tires, one such mark being a small gash in the sidewall, and that I knew my tires were not rotated. I was met with silence and no reasonable options to correct the problem. This store is dishonest. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here, there is no true way of knowing what services have or have not been completed unless you observe the services completed yourself. I have called Firestone customer support about this problem and am awaiting a response from the store manager. I have been a Firestone customer for over a decade and until this last experience have had nothing but wonderful things to speak of this corporation. I will update this review as depending on the outcome of this situation.

I always take my cars here for an oil change while I work up the street. They often call me for an unchanged on other services, and I get it. They say it only takes one bad apple....well dropped my truck off for a 9am oil change, came back at 130pm and it's still in the same spot. So I ask can I go to sumter where I live, Kevin says sure and if you have any problems tell them to call me. I go, PROBLEMS ! BOOKED TIL MONDAY! WELL I'M TRAVELING SUNDAY. CALLED KEVIN, PLACED ON HOLD 10 MINUTES, SOMEONE ANSWERS AND HANGS UP! I call back and NOW Kevin tells me they all are booked, even his shop on beltline, had been since the day before! Oh, and he says, I'm Sorry!

The place is clean and they'll squeeze you in, last minute, if they can. The wait is fairly long though so, if possible, call ahead an make an appointment.

I would give a zero star rating but it's not an option. I had a flat tire in my company's twelve passenger van. I dropped it off here at 10am on Thursday morning so they could change it and put a new tire on. They said it would be ready at 11am, called back later that afternoon and then they said it would be ready at 2pm. I need the van to be ready at 1:45pm, but they said it would be ready at 2pm so I could be somewhat behind schedule. So I arrive at 2:30pm to pick the van before heading to pick up high schoolers who were on spring break. When I get there, the van wasn't ready. They haven't even started to work on it. They finally started to work on it 3 & 1/2 hours after it was supposed to be done. They finished at 3:35pm but that put me nearly 2 hours behind in my schedule. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service here and I will never come back. If they would of told me that I probably wouldn't be done until after 3pm that woudld of been okay. I would of came up with another plan to pick up my high schoolers but since they didn't. My whole schedule for the day was ruin and the high schoolers had a lot less time than plan to enjoy their field trip.

Don't trust their Tire Alignment! The workers will lie to you about what you "need" to do for you vehicle. Also when they mess up they don't take responsibility.
