They worked me in to fix my tire from the other store. The lady at the desk was rude both to me and the employee from the other store that called her to see if they had my size tires before sending me here. I have had two sets of tires put in here and usually am very pleased. Not so much this time.

Beautiful service, excellent professional staff, the manager on 1 Saturday morning in July was the best! Courtesy courtesy courtesy!!! I was in town for service done on my vehicle at Firestone in Vauxhall New Jersey, now that one, however stay away from that one if ever in New Jersey! Independently-owned, crappy service in New Jersey, this one, immaculate!

Absolutely terrible customer service and reliability. My partner brought in her Fiat 500 for a tire replacement and standard oil change. Employee "Chris" apparently didn't know how to drive a Fiat 500 stick-shift and broke her clutch. The vehicle has been parked in their lot for a WEEK while they deny responsibility. - if we drove the vehicle there and it is now inoperable, logic states that the problem arose after delivering the vehicle to them. - the employees demonstrated that they did not know how to properly shift gears. - after servicing our vehicle, we asked the staff if there were any other issues. "Everything looks great!" was their response.. OUR VEHICLE CANNOT BE DRIVEN. Now the case has been handed over to their "claims department" and we won't hear back for another 5-7 business days. 5-7 days without a vehicle and a full time career. I will never take a vehicle to Bridgestone/firestone again. They are amateurs.

Charlie was a great service representative. The crew was quick, he was very honest, and it was much cheaper than expected. We are from out of town so it was a relief to be able to find somewhere so good
