The gentleman that works in the front office of shop 3 made a stressful situation worse for me and my family. I hope he is more considerate in the future. In the end, I did receive excellent service from another service provider in the area. However, despite Kendrick's reputation for good craftsmanship I cannot recommend this business to others that might be in need of the service they provide. When providing services to a community you have to be kind, integritous, and treat others the way you would want to be treated if you find yourself in similar circumstances.

I had a license plate bolt completely tear through the back of my car. I took it to Kendrick's expecting that we would need to weld some sheet metal or something complicated/expensive to fix it, but the two people working on my car found a much easier solution and had it done in less than 15 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and I had an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

This is the best body shop in this city. They fix your car and it looks like it never was damaged at all. Immaculant work. The customer service is excellent.

USAA referral brought me here in a not at fault collision. 3 times they tried to give my car back with shotty workmanship. Took a month and a half to get my car back and it still isn't right, calling USAA now to hopefully get someone else to do it right the first time.

Kendrick's worked on my car after I was in an accident. When I received my car back I had lights that were not assembled correctly, and wind shield wipers that were not adjusted correctly. When I mentioned something about my passenger door not opening they tried to fix it and broke my window in the process. After a month and a half of my car being in the shop I finally got my car back but the passenger door still wasn't opening correctly. Not only that I had rust on my beige leather on my passenger door and glass was all over my car floor that no one attempted to clean after they broke the window in the first place. Never again going to this place.
