Dropped my car off around 12 to simply get 2 tires balanced and mounted. The manager told me it should be ready around 4:30 (they close at 5). I show up at 4:30 and my car is still sitting in the same spot where I dropped it off.  They claimed they were really busy and backed up, meanwhile I watched one of the mechanics just walking around in circles and watching TV in the waiting area.  I just took the key and left. Brought the car to Riverside Tire which is right down the street from Firestone, with no appointment, and they had the tires on in about 25 minutes. In and out. Stay away from these big places and stick with the mom and pop shops; they are much more efficient. Also, one of the technician's ASE certifications were all expired, and his certificate was still hanging on the wall for customers to see. Yea..no thanks.

Ken is always courteous and helpful with any of my car needs. The intake team along with the 
mechanics work well together and are quite efficient.  Whether it be a scheduled oil change 
or an emergency such as a nail in a tire or a unusual sound or light, these hard-working, dedicated men are there to provide reassuring, professional car care. I always feel confident
when my car is in their capable hands. Thank you
to the WONDERFUL FIRESTONE TEAM. God bless you all.

Always get my tires from here. Never a problem. The road hazard warranty is pretty cool. And occasionally get worked done if my mechanic is busy. They are always courteous and do good work. A bit pricey though.

Very disorganized and dishonest place.  They always take extra long time and gave me the wrong price twice.  If you are looking for anything but tire service simply stay away,

Horrible! I took my fleet car to get a new battery and I specifically said I will be back after closing and Steve Firestone asked "Do you have a spare key." And I said "yes." And Steve said "we will leave your car locked outside and you can pick up your key on Wednesday since we are closed for the 4th." I said "Ok " and I arrive at 8PM tonight to find my car locked inside Firestone. This type of service is the exact reason I stopped using Firestone in Saddle Brook and will never use them again.
