Was second in line as soon as they opened. Guy in front just getting an oil change and they skipped me to go to the third guy getting alignment. I was just in to get a wheel balance and rotation, a rather basic and simple service. One worker was there and the manager on duty(not Sergio) was just hanging out. Not only was I skipped but it took two hours to get service done after I got there before they opened. I've seen other managers go and do minor services to help speed up the process. Not very good at customer service today. Drove from La Feria to get a subpar job.

Chill service. Nice employee and very courteous. Quick to work on vehicle. Nice place and every once in a while you see a gorgeous beautiful woman lol. Great service over all

Mayo is always trying to sell you a new tire, after I brought it to his attention then a lug nut was loose he told me it was just a lug nut cover I proceeded to unscrew the lug nut with my fingers and show him he was speechless. Buyer beware this place lacks honesty.

I do not recommend this place specially if you're an elderly woman as they appear to take advantage and prey on the elderly. I had my mother go and get an alignment on her vehicle today and bought 2 new tires. She recently purchased a new tire (Arizona) week before at a different shop and while they installed the 2 new tires, they were also kind enough to take her brand new tire off and bless her with an old worn Goodyear brand tire (They don't sell Goodyear). She had been there since 8 AM and had to wait a couple of more hours so that they can finish another customers vehicle. After the bad customer service experience all they did was apologize and gladly took her money. How can a place of business in small town like San Benito do this, it's disgusting to know shops like this even exist.
