I received a bouquet for my birthday through this florist from someone out of town. When the bouquet arrived, there were already some wilted petals on some of the roses and lilies. There were a lot of small mums used as filler which were totally dead two days later. When I pulled those out, along with several lilies which were now totally wilted, the bouquet had obvious gaps and holes. The only thing that still looked good were the carnations. Nothing lasted the full week, not even the greenery. Very sad and disappointing. This is the first time I've ever received flowers that didn't even last a week (and yes, I did add water mid-week).

Don't bother for Valentine's flowers. I ordered tulips online but they called me the next day to tell me they didn't sell tulips anymore because people return them. So we agreed on white and pink roses. Feb 12, The delivery person called my wife 3 times, once to make sure someone was there, then for directions, then they were at the door, but they were on the wrong street. Flowers finally arrived (no surprise to my wife). The roses had already bloomed and outer petals looked ragged. Very unattractive flowers basically.

Horrible flowers and excuses for a wonderful mother. Thanks Genoveva Rodriguez flower shop, but never again. I'll go to HEB next time.

Terrible service. Very rude too. The flowers were dry and wilted and the delivery person didnt even smile... not even once. Never again!
