Visited them last Friday to try to fix an alternator bracket screw that was broken and needed to be removed and they literally told me I had to change the alternator since they didn't have a screw extractor. Kind of strange since they have an auto parts in the same shopping center that actually sells screw extractor kits. Took the car home, removed alternator and drilled the screw out myself. Saved $120 / hour which is what they charge.. 

May be good for tires and oil changes, but definitely not an auto repair center.

Excellent Service.  Best Firestone I have been to in the last 20 years from Homestead to Westchester.  I always get a lifetime alignment for all my cars and this is the first time I've never had to wait in excess for them to start service and or finish service.

After calling different stores around Miami, Hialeah and Miramar, including Firestone locations. This location had the best prices on the tires i was looking for (235 50 R17). I purchased all four new tires, with mounting, balance and their lifetime alignment package. 

I dealt with Johnny at this location and from start to finish, everything was an A+++ service and there was no back and forth on the price, he quoted me bridgestone and firestone, and both were lower on price than the other stores i checked.

During the installation i went around the corner to have some lunch, and by the time i got back, the car was being taken out and was complete. I truly appreciate their help and their professionalism throughout the transaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
