I was looking to have 4 closet shelve rods cut at 79 n 1/2,  but i mad a mistake and told the guy that it was 59 an 1/2. After he had cut 2 of them  i realized they looked too short, i apologized to the guy as i realized i had mad the mistake. The guy gets mad saying he now has to trow that away. I tell him to relax is not his money and at the end companies get rid of you just because even though youve broken your back for them like it happened to me recently for no good reason. He goes on saying that thats taken away from his bonus, i asked if he was the manager he says no he is the head of that department, , on my way home i thought about having 15 people come in and have him cut 15 of those same rods and then be oh am sorry i made a mistake , an i dont even want them anymore, !! It would be a nice lesson for him and  on the value of good customer service.

I find everything that I need.  Good quality, comfortable ambience, excellent customer service ,  good prices.

I waited 40 minutes to get help with 1 wooden board. Those working were all ignoring me, avoiding me. Had another department call over speaker a couple of times but no obe showed up.Took over 30 minutes for me to chase one (of the 3 people) working in Lumber. Then a female employee said she is helping the other enployees that were driving the lift. I waited, customers came and went. Got fed up and left 45 min. later. This was a weekday, at about 11 am.
