I have a Jeep Cherokee and was time to replace my brakes. I did the front myself but didn't have the equipment to do the rear. Had the pads and just needed to pay someone to replace them. Firestone told me they can't do that service unless I buy the pads directly from them. Apparently they don't want business unless every little thing goes through them. I used to use Firestone often and I liked going to them, now with business acumen like that, lost my trust and business. For crying out loud, take the business and help someone whose willing to pay for your labor. No need to nickle and dime people for every little thing.

Went in because Auto Zone told me I needed a new alternator. They didn't think it was the battery because it was less than 2 years old. I had already purchased the battery and took it with me to get the alternator fixed. Turns out it really was just the battery and Firestone was great! Installed it for free and gave me a printout to take back to Auto Zone to show it bad. It was will under waranty.

Went in to get my car aligned and have two new tires installed, (because of the off alignment they were bare), and when they called me to pick it up they said they were not able to do the alignment so they just installed the two tires. First of all, why did they not call me before making the decision to install the tires without the alignment?? I don't want NEW tires put on a car that will just tear them up?! *Keep in mind I am a 17 year old female bringing in a car* . When i asked why they did not inform me of the problem, he simply said that he knew my father was at work and wouldn't be able to talk/ understand what was wrong!!!! Like what the hell kind of excuse is that?? It made me sick that he said that. And on top of all this he was trying to order me new ball joints (after my dad JUST REPLACED THEM) for $300!!!!! I am furious and would love to spread the bad experience to everyone thinking of taking their car to this location. DON'T DO IT.

Super busy but the staff members were friendly, helped me get a good pair of tires.  Came back a second time for my tire rotation. Not busy at all and they got me in immediately. They rotated and balanced my tires as is promised once buying tires from them. However they replaced my hubcaps incorrectly. The tire stem was not in the spot where the tire stem should go and the front two tires are missing the tires stem caps. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from Firestone. May 27, 2017 tried calling to see if I could get an appointment to rotate my tires, the guy said he would send me to the service department waited 5 minutes and nobody answered. I called again and they hung up on me.... Can I take away my one star?
