Work done as requested, honestly and at a fair price. Patrice was gracious to an old man who was a little late from sleeping in and got me right in. The work was very good and they seem to have repaired a small oil leak under the truck, at least there are no more spots on the garage floor, and didn't see any charge to repair it. Recommended by a friend, and I thank him for it. I was a mechanic for 44 years and owned two shops, so I know great service when I see it. Too old to work on my own stuff anymore!

I have been taking my Motorhome here for emissions and inspection for the last 3 years.   they have always been very nice and have done a great job.    Highly recommended.

I had the rack and pinion replaced on my vehicle and after a couple months the tire place noticed abnormal tire wear. I called Performance Place, and they fit me right into their busy schedule and realigned my van within 40 minutes of calling them. I know I can trust them and that they do everything they can to make their customers happy and their cars running well.

Prices all seemed a little high, considering we had some of the work quoted out at other places cheaper, but we had heard how the quality was better at Performance Place, so we ate the extra dollars and went with them. A few weeks after thousands of dollars of repair, which we didn't expect would be cheap anyways, The radiator hose turned out to not have been properly placed in the bracket that holds it away from the AC unit and the main cooling fan, which quickly wore a hole through the hose, causing a dangerous overheat and left my wife stranded 50 miles from home. We made our own repairs necessary by getting parts from AutoZone. Performance Place apologized and owned up to the problem, assuring me this is not the kind of quality they strive for. They offered options of refund, store credit, or different options I could think of and have taken care of the problem. I'm impressed that they didn't try to weasel out and that they faced the problem head on. HOWEVER, one of the main reasons we went in and spent thousands on the front suspension, was never fixed. They stripped a bolt on the intake manifold and made us buy a new one. I have a list of reasons to never ever EVER go here - ever again, and to warn everybody to never go here!
