Love this place! Encouraging coaches and extremely friendly environment. You can walk through the door at FireTower CrossFit without a clue what you're doing and in very little time you will be amazed at how much stronger you have become both physically and mentally. FireTower CrossFit is in the business to help you be your best you and with your hard work, they do a wonderful job at it.

Can't say enough good things about FireTower Xfit.  Geoff and Kyle are super supportive and keen to my limitations, but know when I'm slacking.  (The other coaches are great too, but due to my schedule they are my primary instructors.)  I started in mid-February and in 5 months, I'm in the best shape of my life, no question.  Thanks guys!

Geoff and the other coaches are great. I have been lifting for 23 yrs and they always have a vaulable nugget of info for me.  Classes are well suzed and well run...not to mention chuck full of some great folks

I have been at this gym since April '15 and I love it! The coaches are wonderful, the atmosphere is great, and everyone is so friendly, encouraging, and fun. It is my home away from home. I highly recommend stopping by, whether you're a CrossFit junkie or a newbie - you won't regret it!

I was a CrossFit skeptic when I joined but have thoroughly enjoyed everything about my experience at Firetower CrossFit. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always take the time to give you personal attention, the workouts are fun yet challenging and the members are friendly and welcoming. Whether you are just stopping in to get a great workout in while you pass through town or you are looking to join a great community of people I highly recommend Firetower CrossFit!
