I wanted to try out kickboxing to build some muscles and relieve some stress but felt weird about the whole class part of it (nobody wants to look like a fool while throwing weak punches). For my first class, I got one on one instruction during the class and felt totally comfortable learning the different moves. There's a nice community feel to the place and it's not terribly intimidating because there are people of varying skill and fitness levels. It was a great workout and a good time!

I am so glad I joined this awesome, amazing, heart pumping workout! I hit a plateau in my fitness instructing world... imagine that?? And this kicks my butt every time. I was also looking for something to gain more strength and muscle in my body! My first class, I was pretty nervous yet excited, but Eric, helped me through everything and I felt more comfortable at my next class then ever! The instructors are ALL fantastic and great motivators to push you further than you think you can. I cannot wait to go to the next class after next!!

The whole entire crew at Ilkb Bozeman is amazing. They are so welcoming, friendly and every class feels like a party, even when you are working so hard you want to puke. Awesome people, amazing workout. Highly recommended.

5 stars are not enough for this place or these people!! Best workout for me in ages - both physically and mentally challenging - excellent instructors are so friendly, helpful and motivating and make each class a fun way to sweat and learn new skills!!

I LOVE this place. When I first started I was a bit hesitant because the previous summer I had sprained both ankles and wasn't sure if I would be able to do it. However the staff and instructors were so accommodating to my injuries and would give me suggestions on alternative ways so that I was not aggravating my ankles. Everyone has been so welcoming and motivating!! Even when I had to take a few months off due to extenuating circumstances they would call me just to make sure I was doing okay. I really feel like I'm part of a family and ILKB is definitely my home away from home!!!
