Corruption

Unproffesional, Owes me money, didn't return emails or a call from my mortgage broker...still waiting. Didnt recied all the promised documents either.

The First American agent left all of my closing documentation in an unsecured location outside of their office. The documentation disappeared. By luck a courrier service picked up the documents by accident. I will not use First American Title, Santa Cruz again.
