First Baldwin (and agent Michelle Williams) have been so easy to work with.  Michelle is very accessible, always calls me back, and often picks up the phone immediately, which is great (and rare in today's business environment).  I usually get an answer immeidately or within hours.  She really cares about finding the best policy with the best price and offers suggestions to me on how I can save money.  She is very customer focused and I have experienced several years when my premiums went down.  I recommend First Baldwin and Michelle to everyone I know moving to the Eastern Shore.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Gena Smith at First Baldwin.  I contacted a number of companies for insurance quotes but Gena was the only one to listen to what my needs were and find a product that fit those needs. The level of service is appreciated.

What a wonderful experience I had with this insurance company when my home was struck by lightning and had to be totally rewired.   All of the repairs were completed without question and my home looks even better than before. From the insurance adjuster in the field to the good folks behind the desk it was the best experience that it could be under the circumstances. Been with First Baldwin Insurance for nearly 4 yours.  Excellent company, good people willing to go the extra mile to meet their customer's needs.  My Account Manger, Michelle Williams, is super.  Knows the insurance business, has worked with me to get the best value for my insurance dollar, and is responsive to my inquires.
