The worst insurance agency in Mobile.  Buyer beware, they will bait you and after the sale will provide horrible customer service.  I canceled my homeowners insurance because I found a much better rate and a month later I called the insurance company to find out why I never received a refund to only find out that Schneider never sent in the cancellation form that I signed a month prior.  They apparently didn't want to loose the premium dollars so they just kept it in force.  I have left voice messages and sent emails with no response from them.  STAY AWAY!!!

Called for an estimate and the phone system hung up on me 4 times on the fifth time I was informed that instead of him calling me back, I needed to leave all my information on a voice machine ( I already dealt with their machines ) and eventually he would get to me.F grading on customer service, F on having a competent phone system.
