I have been a customer at First Bank Kansas since the early 1990's and until recently I have been very satisfied. I do almost all l my banking online. In the past few months, ever since they changed to Quicken, they have made banking online so complicated, time-consuming, and difficult that I am checking out other banks and will be leaving First Bank Kansas very soon. Each and every time that I try to access my account online, it tells me my computer is not "registered" and I have to go through a huge hassle to "register" the same computer over and over just to do something as simple as check my balance. If you want to do your banking online, do yourself a favor and go someplace else. That's what I'm doing.
