Story

First Cheyenne Federal Credit Union (FCFCU) is a credit union headquartered in Cheyenne, Wyoming, chartered and regulated under the authority of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) of the U.S. federal government. Founded in 1935, FCFCU is the oldest credit union in Wyoming.

Membership in First Cheyenne is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in Laramie County. Member deposits in FCFCU are insured for up to $250,000 through the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), the credit union equivalent of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
