The dr was great but the secretary was very rude, unorganized, uneducated. Seems like they will hire whoever as long as there bilingual they really don't need to have work ethic or a brain for that matter smh. I had to wait several weeks for my perception re fill request to even be submitted I ended up sick. Every time I called I got the run around one time they told me the doc only comes once a week,  then they said she was at desk a different day then the one day she was supposed to be there but I couldn't leave message,  then so conviently she just so happen to not come in the following week. I kept getting run around till I took my business elsewhere. Oh and did I mention the woman over the phone asked me my name and DOB only to tell me doc wasn't in,  and when I gave them my info there tone of voice completely switched up, so basically I was be racially discriminated against. Ya great times

Disorganized with treatment plans. Don't get back to you on labs or give you wrong info. Unable to manage chronic health conditions.  Doctor and PA for Ellington location ignorant on treatment guidelines.  You might be better off staying away.

I love it there. Their sometimes behind schedule and have you waiting for 2 hrs. or more but very good staff. Melissa Amicone is the best APRN there.

The worst clinic u can go to. They don't  call u back when results come in. U have to call your own referrals n when u do they can't help u cause it's a medical assistance job. Schedule appointment from 6 months ago. I just got a call that my appointment has to be reschedule   because the doctor goes to lunch.  Mind u my boyfriend has n appointment  half hour before me but reschedule my appointment without even asking me!!!! They tell u they are doctors when they are only nurse assistance. Try calling to make new appointment u be on hold so long u r better of going in person!!!! Ask to speak to the manager they give u the round around then tell u everyone is going to lunch. Worst place I ever been tooooo!!!!!!!! I known to many people that work there but don't last long....why because the are unorganized!!!!!!!
