I have a family member who has been working with this agency for at 13 years.  A very dedicated worker and very simple and contended.  However, the staff there are very disrespectful and insulting to her, not because she is getting old gives them the right to hurl insults at her and in the presence of others.  I honestly think Miss Copleman should look address her staff on the proper way to speak and respect the aides. Without the aides the agency would have no jobs, unless the staff there would do the job themselves.  
It is not very humane to insult aides because they think these aides have no family or anyone to stand up for them. I will honestly make sure this is looked into. Have respect for your adies Miss Amrita, Miss Vijai, and others and stop taking sides with the.aides who you have special preference to. Be fair and respectful.
