So far, worst experience I've had dealing with a specialist doctor's office and I haven't even gone in there yet. I originally made an appointment and had an excellent experience speaking to a lady named Barbara. However, my referral from my regular doctor didn't come through. I contacted this office that same day to say that there was a problem with the referral and they claimed to cancel the appointment and that I wouldn't be charged a fee. I got a recorded message the next day that I missed the appointment. I've tried to contact the office several times (almost every 3 days) over the past three weeks to reschedule, however, I was told several times that "no one was available who was capable of making an appointment, they were all busy and someone would call me back." I left my contact information and I haven't gotten a call back. I'm going to wait a week and then go find another doctor. If getting referrals wasn't such a hassle, I'd go to another doctor right now. So disappointed.

My experience has been stellar - I have gone to both offices. They are efficient when checking you in and the wait has been less than 5 minutes both times. They have a lot of staff which I'm sure helps make the process smooth and seamless. Dr. L. Lane is a hand specialist and the doctor/staff that I have experience with. Excellent.

Very clean and professional. Aside from 1 nurse, everyone was friendly and helpful. Saw Dr Essig and thought he was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Excellent bedside manner. Only frustration was that we needed a pre authorization for an MRI and the ladies at the checkout insisted that it would take 3-5says. They refused to expedite anything and yet the receptionist at the MRI facility got the authorization code in about 2 minutes. We did receive a call from Dr Essig's office about 45min later with an authorization code anyway.

Never had a problem. Very good practice and nice staff. A bit of a wait to get an appointment set up as soon as needed but understandable with such a busy popular practice office.

Dr Goodwillie is great! No negative experiences with staff or office personnel whatsoever. Well run and efficient. Seen quickly and on time every time. Highly recommended.
