I always have a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly, and after only two years everyone knows me and my wife by name. We are greeted when we walk in the doors with a smile, and are taken care of promptly.

I have banked with the Easley First Citizens for years.  Never a problem.  Prompt friendly service.

I was furious yesterday at this location. I go to the drive thru to cash a First Citizens bank check and the teller asked if I had an acct with them I said No but the check is a First citizens check so she says we can't send cash through the drive thru you will need to come in. So thanks to this HUGE inconvenience I LOCKED MY KEYS UP IN MY CAR. And after I do get inside the bank she informs me there is a $6 charge to cash the check . FORGET IT!!!!!!
I would NEVER have an acct with First Citizens!!!!!!! THANKS for RUINING  my day.
