Very nice staff, reasonable prices and they fix buttons that have fallen off garments for free (at least on shirts I know). Clean facility and they have done a good job with the cleaning of my garments. Location is quite busy so it's sometimes tough to find a parking spot but they do have curbside pick up. Will keep coming here as long as I am living in the area.

I recently had a shirt dry cleaned by first class cleaners.  When I received the shirt back it had shrunk significantly.  I returned the shirt to first class cleaners and was told by the manager Jenny they could fix the shirt and return it to it's original size.  I returned 2 weeks later and the shirt was wider than before but shorter.  Again I was told this could be corrected.  I returned a week later and the shirt was longer but now narrower.  Finally I told Jenny that I wanted them to replace the shirt.  I was told they could try stretching the shirt again.  Jenny then went on to explain how her manager had my shirt in his office and was attempting to stretch the shirt back to its original size.  I told her that it was a rather expensive shirt and that I didn't want them to stretch the shirt rathery replace it.   I also explained I wanted the shirt's appropriate cut and fit, which I had paid for.  I then submitted a claim through the cleaners to replace the shirt.  3 weeks went by and I heard nothing from the cleaners.  I called Jenny's manager(I forgot his name) and was told they had sent the shirt to a laboratory to determine if the shirt's fabric was responsible for the shrinkage.   If the laboratory determined it was the fabric they would provide me with a letter and instruct me to bring the letter to Neiman Marcus who would then, supposedly, replace the shirt.  I called Neiman Marcus and they will not replace the shirt.  I am now 3 months into this saga and have no resolution.  I have yet to receive a letter, monetary compensation, or my shirt back.  I have left several messages with no return call.
I URGE YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I worked here for a bit and I loved how they treated their customers. They really do believe in hard work. Their are family orientated people. You feel welcome as soon as you open the door. I do recommend this dry cleaners to work in or get your clothes dry cleaned. I am so glad I got to work for them. They are like my second family.😄😁
