Follow up to my review 4 months ago.  Customer service has gotten worse. Even management was rude with an attitude. Don't go here unless you want nothing but inconvenience. In my entire banking life i have never came across tellers and managers from a bank that were as rude as this bunch. Do not recommend!!!! I am contacting their district manager as my issue has still not been resolved.

This really shouldn't count towards the branch because I've never had an issue there.  The manager there has always been friendly and informative.  If it wasn't for the branch I'd give it one star because their corporate sucks.  They have cancelled my card twice without alerting me and now I can't even access my account by app or by phone. What kind of bank has multiple system problems and stays in business?  I am losing faith in first INconvenience bank.

Never had any problems with this branch or this bank. Manager and the tellers are very friendly.
