The employees at the Bernalillo location are very friendly and helpful. The bank manager Maria is always very engaged with the customers and her team, she is on point.  Monte, Javier and Ashley are so friendly, they go out of their way to help me.  They know my name and treat me well, I feel valued.  It feels like I'm visiting friends that care. They are on point and worth taking the time to go to the Bernalillo location.   Thanks you guys, I appreciate you.

I just came out just a while ago and the teller that was helping me acted all snotty "Can I Help You" in a rude manner....i asked for my cash to be broken down a certain way and it Wasnt What I Asked 4!!! Very Bad Customer Service No Friendly Greeting,No Have A Nice Day Or Aything ,just pure rudeness what i got...Never Going Back!!! Thats why i go to the one off of Unser way more better Customer Service :)

 what could someone else expect. a small ship ass back trying to expand at cost of their clients. they will change a fee for everything they possibly can. how do you think they pay their employees. their staff is required to meet a quota  of new accounts or they will get terminated eventually. some of this employees have a need to keep their job so they will promise and avoid explain their outrages fees...
