My experience with First Financial credit union is second to none. They have a friendly staff and great management. The facility looks great, every time I'm at the drive up they get me in and out fast so I don't have to wait.
I have my house payment, car loans and credit cards through this credit union.  Their online banking is easy and not complicated I see myself being a career member.
Keep it up First Financial!!

A great bank!!! Awesome staff. Clean facility. Parking out front. Me and my family have gone to this location for years and they always have done a wonderful job in assisting us. Thank you

Good consumer bank for folks who work for someone else. Absolutely not a bank for entrepreneurs or business owners. You will here CAN'T and NO here a lot from employees of this bank who are not trained to deal with basic business matters. Lots of hoops to jump through and roadblocks just to OPEN a business checking account. Not recommended for entrepreneurs.  Was highly satisfied with this bank until I decided to leave the rat race and work for myself.

Very helpful. Super quick and easy, answered all my questions on time and very professional. only problem I had was dealing with new hires not being as well trained as the veterans

A nightmare with this bank company, they gave me a great interest rate for a car loan, but after that became such a horrible nightmare, because car insurance was need it and they couldn't reach my car insurance company and blablabla, that's theyre job to do it not me, even my credit score was impacted by there unprofessional staff, and yeap I do regret it.
