Spoke to someone named Jerry to try to get a contact number for an employee assigned to my account and he refused to give me that information. Said he would only take my name and number and forward it to the employee I was looking for. Was very rude when I questioned why I couldn’t get a contact phone number and then was hung up on. Beware if you are dealing with Jerry, I would advise getting help from someone else as I called and got the information I needed from another branch with no issues at all. After previously being in banking myself I was floored with the way I was treated simply for asking for basic nonconfidential information. To Jerry- do better, be kinder to clients.
These guys are great, I'd highly recommend them! All the staff I spoke with at this branch were professional and courteous. I was seen promptly, and services were provided in a thorough and efficient manner. I walked in expecting that getting my account needs taken care of would be a major hassle after having several very negative experiences with Suncoast Credit Union, and could not be happier that I decided to stop wasting my time with them and came here instead. Day and night difference between the quality of services you'll receive at these two places.
How long has First Florida known they would need to issue new cards before the old cards stop working with this switch they’ve recently made? Why am I on day 4 of not being able to use my card because I wasn’t sent my card in a timely manner and no one can do anything about it? Edit: Now on day 6 with no card.
Best Friendly Bank in North Naples. Never a wait for teller services. Always have fresh cookies in the lobby. Closes at 4pm but the drive through is quick too. Overall, one of the good banks that we remember from the past where they know your name. The location is off the main trail but once you find it, you'll be happy to visit.
The most sweet, caring, and personable staff. Love you guys!
