I have been with this bank for 8 years.  They have the best service of any bank I have ever used.  The people know me even though I do all my banking from a distance. They are number one in my book.

This bank has been very helpful and customer oriented.  Lenore and Barbara make an excellent team in offering customers the best investments for their money.  They always put my interests first instead of quotas like other banks do.  I'm very happy and satisfied with their service.

I was in a very big hurry as we all are.  I walked into the FCB Bank on Homestead, where there were 2 tellers and a couple other worker ladies.  The tellers were seemingly socializing with the 2 patrons at there windows.  While another lady and I stood patiently waiting.  There were a few other worker ladies just walking around, like nothing else was on their mind.  Including 2 customers becoming impatient.  It was near to the point that Myself and the other woman were planning on walking out.  I really do not think anyone would have cared...  Finally I got to a window and the teller greeted me with What can I do for you?  I said I'd like to get change for this $50 please.  She said to me And your account number please?  I said I don't have an account here.  She said "Sorry, can't change then and you have a good day, have a good day". As she walked away, So I went to Wells Fargo, Homestead Rd.  Linda was exceptionally sweet.  Thank you Linda
