Great customer service, I needed to have some information changed on my account and they were very helpful and efficient. When I financed my car Ramon was very clear on everything that was included on the contract and helped me understand some information I wasn't so clear on. Definitely recommend.

First Help Financial is awesome. Not only they are giving people opportunities to finance their vehicle with challenging credit, but also have a great  staff. Very helpful customer service always trying to go above and beyond to help their customer. Great company!!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Best and most helpful people I have ever met or spoken to. Someone always answers the phone right or wrong department and direct me to the right people. Great staff I love doing business with them and I'm so grateful they gave me a loan when no other company would.

First Help Financial is an auto lending company that may be a second chance for some, but it is often the only option for many. First Help's programs were designed to include those with little or no credit, ITIN holders & etc.. In other words, they finance individuals whom otherwise might not have been given a chance elsewhere. Relationships are of utmost important to all employee's at First Help and they are dedicated to providing impeccable customer service. 5 stars is an understatement.
