Brenda is terrific. She cuts my hair regularly, it's always simple, quick, looks nice and clean, and she is always ready to try to give me a time if I call at the last minute.

Easily the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I was 15 minutes late for my wedding manicure due to circumstances beyond my control. I ran in and apologized profusely to the entire room - no one said hello or introduced themselves as an employee. Moments later, a woman with the most unfriendly look on her face walked over and said - "I hope you're ready for the fastest manicure of your life because you're so late". I responded nicely that no, that wouldn't work, as I was getting married the next day. She was wildly unfriendly, unprofessional and downright nasty. Take your business elsewhere, this place is awful!

My hairdresser told me 5 days before my wedding that she could not make it, and we were all coming from 3 hours away.  I called First Impressions in a shear panic and the owner told me, "You don't know me, but I won't let you go through your wedding without having your hair done". Not only did they come to me, but they also did a better job than my hair trail with my hair dresser. Thank you for making my day!

I thought this was my go to salon. When the owner could not complete my face wax as my skin became irritated she told me to come back... I did ... the  woman who tried to complete the job, noted the irritation ... made it worse! When I called to complain, I was told ... that happens ... I am not a newbie to hair removal ... no ... YOU ripped my skin!!!!! I will NEVER go back.
and now my skin is scabbed.

I have been getting cuts from Brenda for 5 years and every one was a pleasant surprise. I have curly (difficult) hair, I'd get frustrated go to Brenda and say,"Do what you want" She has always given me the "right" cut and I will continue to go to her as long as we both are within driving distance. Thank you Brenda!
